  • You will be required to maintain a record of your executive’s activities as directed and maintain a database as and when required or asked. You may also have to compile digital data or organize files that hold the executive’s or company’s confidential information in the manner directed by the executive.

  • You should maintain the confidentiality of your executive under any circumstances and make it your number one priority.

  • You should have the ability to coordinate with all your team departments, even if they are on the junior or senior levels.

  • You will also have to manage your executive’s financial transactions and prepare financial statements on their behalf.

  • You should respond to their emails and professionally handle them. You also have to prepare invoices whenever required.

  • You have to deliberate with your team members and prepare a report for your executive.

  • You need to jot down any messages you receive from another executive or company and relay the same message to your executive.

  • You will have to research the reports of your company, their earnings or profits throughout the year, and present this report to your senior executives that will include the chairman, board of directors, or committee members.

  • You should supervise if the items required are in stock and contact dealers and refill stock when the stock runs out.
