Hiring process

Application for a job position is through the careers page of the website. The hiring process takes place in two phases. Drug Test

The selected candidate should produce the drug test result within a week.

Urine samples of the selected candidates are collected and sent to a registered laboratory, wherein it is tested for the above drugs. If the drug test comes negative, the job offer is confirmed. If the drug test comes positive, the candidate has an opportunity to explain the positive test. If it is satisfactory, necessary steps will be taken, before confirming the job offer. In the case of a candidate failing to appear or failing to explain the positive test, the job offer can be terminated. 

The background check is done for experience, criminal history if any, and education qualification.
