  • You have to arrange the office space before your employer arrives and ensure it is clean and tidy at all times.
  • You will also have to clean the toilets constantly and ensure that the toiletries are available and in stock. You also have to ensure that the hand dryer machine and the sanitary pad machine are working properly.
  • If there is a huge mess, you have to respond quickly and take control of the situation.
  • You have to manage the trash of your building and dump the trash as per the government’s provisions.
  • You must also carry out miscellaneous tasks like changing the light bulb, fixing the water pipe, and the flush if necessary.
  • You have to ensure that the heater and air conditioner are functioning at all times and report to your supervisor if there is any abnormality in the functioning.
  • You have to maintain the office compound’s security by following the company’s security protocols like locking doors with a key, touchpad or id scanner, or biometric. 
  • Depending on the weather conditions, you may have to mow the lawn, rake leaves, and shovel snow.
  • You work most prominently when there is no one around during the weekend or public holidays.
