  • You have to ensure that the customers are having a great time and are not disturbed.
  • You have to keep tabs on all the customer’s accounts and collect payments from them after they are done with their meal. You can prescribe the customers the restaurant’s mode of payment, either cash or card.
  • You have to correctly tabulate all the expenses of the customer in addition to the sales taxes.
  • You should also help the kitchen staff in case of shortage as and when it is necessary. 

Requirements To Be A Server:

  • You should have prior working experience as a server of more than 3 years.
  • You should be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work in stressful situations.
  • You should perform excellently when working independently and take charge of the environment when left unsupervised.
  • You should have a sound knowledge of how it totally accounts.
  • You should possess a high school diploma.
  • You should be at least 18 years of age.
