  • Lifeguard
    • Location: Winter Haven, Florida, LEGOLAND Florida Resort
    • Scope: Overseeing the safety of all guests at the water park to preclude accidents. A lifeguard will enforce all LEGOLAND Water Park policies, ensure they do all they can to certify guests’ safety at the waterside and maintain the resort’s policies. 
    • Requirements: Must be 16 years or older. Must possess a current Red Cross First Aid certification or CPR for the Professional Rescuer. He or she must be able to pass the American Red Cross 300 yard swim test for lifeguarding, must be able to tread water for 2 minutes, and pass the 1 minute, 40-second timed event.

  • Partnership and Promotions Manager
    • Location: LEGOLAND Park and Hotel, Goshen, New York
    • Scope: You would be expected to draw in potential marketing partners and retain them to boost public awareness and increase attendance; you will develop a promotional strategy for the resort; deliver sponsor revenue targets, establish relations with LEGO NA for future collaborations; manage the budget about all partnerships and promotions, work with the finance teams to guarantee a smooth payment process.     • Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field; experience with theme park and resort work;  have the strong commercial drive; verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; good presentation skill; fantastic track record of successful marketing alliances associated with you; ability to work with and lead teams; should be optimistic and love fun time! Applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.

  • Stage Manager
    • Location: LEGOLAND Park and Hotel, Goshen, New York
    • Scope: You will be expected to interact with guests and keep satisfaction at its highest, oversee all shows daily, assist in the planning and implementation of all productions and schedules. You would be responsible for maintaining a particular standard in all performances and upholding all shows’ integrity. Performers’ well-being will be your concern. Venue inspection to ensure safe and fecund conditions for work is part of your responsibilities. You will also support and encourage a focus on fun at all times.
    • Requirements: Must be 18 years of age and above; should possess good communication skills for relating with guests and performers; should have experience working with children of all ages; minimum of one year experience working in live theatre in Stage Management; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; physically and mentally healthy and able to stand, walk and work in the worst of weather conditions.

  • Human Resources Business Partner
    • Location: Winter Haven, Florida; LEGOLAND Florida Resort
    • Scope: HR Business Partner is expected to be very communicative and has a super level of interpersonal skills and an outstanding level of awareness in their arsenal. It would be best if you operated smoothly on all levels (tactically, operationally, etc.) for seemingly effortless operations. You will act as consultants on all people related ingenuities; you will be expected to develop and execute the GGK Strategy accurately (Get, Grow, Keep) and to partner with all departments to design and structure roles and positions; you will keep track of and reports activities and delegated duties; handle employee feedback data; support talent development strategies; handles all recruitment issues; delivers orientations and ensures consistency in the engagement of new employees to certify retention; conducts all audits; facilitates training and many other responsibilities. 
    • Requirements: Minimum of 7 years’ experience; capable multi-tasker; good verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills; possess chest of knowledge in matters of law and disciplinary process; must understand confidentiality; must be professionally able to proffer sound judgment.

  • Guest Experience Host (Usher)
    • Location: Winter Haven, Florida; LEGOLAND Florida Resort
    • Scope: You will ensure the cleanliness and safety of the venues for accommodating guests; greet all guests and guarantee their comfort (always aim to exceed their expectations); hold doors open for guests; answer questions about shows, give directions to restrooms and the like; clean venues thoroughly after every show; handle complaints; take note and enter guest count hourly; offer assistance to all guests with special needs; ensure nothing barricades the exits at all times; find and return lost articles.
    • Requirements: Must have a fully flexible schedule; must possess good interaction skills; shou8ld demonstrate initiative; should have strong problem-solving skills and stay calm under pressure.

  • Landscaper
    • Location: LEGOLAND Park and Hotel, Goshen, New York
    • Scope: As a landscaper, safety is expected to be your top priority. You are to ensure the landscapes are maintained and ornamental plants are taken care of and trimmed; pest control, mowing, pruning, hedging, raking, etc., are your duties, as is the application of fertilizers to the soil under the Landscape Team Leader’s supervision. Machine and tool maintenance will be your responsibility, loading and unloading work vehicles. You will participate in tree safety sessions and maintain proper liaison with maintenance staff and departments.
    • Requirements: Minimum of three years’ experience in landscape field; be a high school graduate or possess a general education degree; good communication skills; knowledge of horticultural practices; specific know-how on tools and landscaping equipment; must be very optimistic.

  • Waiter (Hotel Food and Beverage)
    • Location: Winter Haven, Florida; LEGOLAND Florida Resort
    • Scope: Taking, placing, and serving orders. Essentially waiting on guests at the restaurants. Serving children also a possibility. Assist in the setup and clearing down of restaurant facility. Possibly work at special events as well.
    • Requirements: Two years serving experience; hotel experience preferred; positive attitude, hospitable nature, willing to serve with a smile, and fast pace. Ability to work in teams, handle cash and work under pressure.

  • Park Ranger (Full time)
    • Location: LEGOLAND Park and Hotel, Goshen, New York
    • Scope: Oversee security site safety measures; maintain a safe environment for guests; dispatch and respond to radio calls; assist and conduct any investigations; implement all opening and closing procedures at the word of the Public Safety Assistant Manager.
    • Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18; must have work experience as a security officer or emergency health official; should possess excellent communication skills; good one skill; should be able to work under pressure and exercise patience; should be flexible able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and the personal vehicle should be available for whatever purpose. Must also have a fully flexible schedule, including holidays, overnights, weekends, etc. Should have acquired: EMT certification, AED, OSHA 10 CPR certification, and New York State Security Guard – Unarmed – Advantageous training.

  • Performer (Entertainment)
    • Location: LEGOLAND Park and Hotel, Goshen, New York
    • Scope: perform as many shows as possible throughout the day; guest interaction; perform any roles that fit into your skillset; be willing to learn new skills; responsible for hosting performances of a high standard; maintain the magic and make customer satisfaction the goal; maintain all safety regulations at all cost.
    • Requirements: Must be 16 years old and above, good with children; possess skills such as acting, dancing, singing, comedy, street performance arts, circus acts, etc.; be friendly and polite; maintain a positive attitude daily.

  • Line Cook
    • Location: Winter Haven, Florida; LEGOLAND Florida Resort
    • Scope: Preparing both hot and cold food; assisting set up and clear down of facilities; adhering to all sanitation and cleanliness standards and policies; maintaining food quality and production standards; ensuring all products are stored appropriately and expired products are disposed of; have good knowledge of the food and beverage menu; responsible for the smooth running of all stations within the kitchen; ensures all cleaning agents are used according to the instructions.
    • Requirements: About two years’ experience working in Food and Beverage production at a theme park, hotel, resort, etc.;  must be able to work under pressure, maintain a state of calm and positivity within the kitchen; should have passion for cooking and delivering quality to customers and guests; written and verbal communication skills; should be capable of working in fast-paced settings; should be conscious of the customer-focused establishment; should be able to read and interpret recipes, safety rules, maintenance instruction, and even procedure manuals; should also be well-versed in writing reports and correspondence.
