  • Sales Associate:

  • Sales Manager:

The store manager at GNC will oversee the day-to-day running and organization of their store.  The main goal for the manager is to maximize the profitability of their store.  GNC typically requires their store managers to hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related fields, such as sports and exercise science, retail management, or sports management.  They additionally require experience in retail.  As this is a leadership position and you will be required to manage the store employees, you will need to have good leadership skills and motivate and lead your team. In this role, you will additionally be accountable for your store employees’ knowledge and performance.   • Account Coordinator

The account coordinator operates the 800 phone lines and is responsible for assisting customers with any queries or complaints that they may have.  You will be required to follow up on orders, investigate discrepancies and check price.  GNC looks for candidates that are patient, helpful, and are excellent at communicating with customers.

  • Warehouse Associates(Order Processor / Picker / Packer)

As a production maintenance technician, you will mainly do admin.  Production maintenance technicians are required to finish all the paperwork and documentation related to a job.  They need to ensure that company policy is followed and ensure that all safety procedures are respected when creating, moving, and storing a product. 

  • Quality Assurance Monitor

The Interview Process:
