Things to Keep in Mind when Applying 

  1. You need to be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for an hourly job at a Walmart’s store. However, there may be certain positions where the minimum age requirement is 18. 
  2. You can apply once the position has been posted online.
  3. You cannot change your application after submitting it.
  4. To find a Walmart store near you that is hiring, you can visit the Walmart Store Finder to discover the location nearest to you.
  5. You need not submit multiple applications to different stores. Once you have decided at what locations you want to apply, you can select them on the application itself.
  6. You need not submit a resume when applying to an hourly position but are required to share your job history and highlights on the application itself. However, f you’d still like to upload your resume there will be a section where you can add it to your application.

  1. After the webpage opens up, you could either search for jobs from the search box or click on the three dashes in the top left corner to open a menu for more options

  1. From the menu search for job opportunities either on the basis of locations or career areas

  1. Scroll down to the part of the webpage where various jobs are available. Click on the positions to go through their job description and apply to them.
