(“ESI”) Hire Date.

This could include, but is not limited to, paying for a temporary housing unit, or providing a lump sum for employees to cover the costs themselves.

Home-finding assistance:

Some companies may assist employees with finding a permanent residence by providing a relocation agent or offering other resources to help them find a home in their new location. Entergy may offer home-finding assistance as part of their relocation package for employees. This could include assistance with finding and securing a permanent residence in the new location, such as help with searching for properties, scheduling property viewings, and negotiating rental or purchase agreements.

Travel expenses:

Some companies may reimburse employees for travel expenses related to the move, such as airfare or mileage. Entergy may offer a relocation package that includes reimbursement for travel expenses for employees who are moving to a new location for work. Relocation Assistance regarding attorney:

As a part of relocation benefits, Entergy Services, Inc. (“ESI”) will reimburse reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by an employee in connection with the negotiation of terms of the joining Agreement, that amount shall count against the total maximum dollar amount of relocation benefits approved by Personnel Committee & shall be subject to separate, individual maximum amount of $25,000. These Relocation Program benefits will be initiated after the employee has officially accepted the position and has fulfilled all requirements and received all the required approval to participate in such program, including the execution of required documents (e.g.a relocation repayment agreement requiring repayment within one (1) year of employee’s employment commencement date in accordance with Relocation Policy). Employee agrees that, with respect to any relocation benefit, Employee will not receive tax gross-up payment over & above the tax gross-up payment to which Employee would be entitled on standard relocation benefits provided under the Relocation Policy. A packet of information detailing relocation benefits under the Relocation Policy has been provided to the Employee.
