  • Someone should be designated to take notes of minutes spent, topics discussed and contributions made to enhance the sharing of the notes to everyone, including those who were not present.
  • Managements should request for feedbacks from staffs or team leaders to measure the progress of the teams and in same manner recognise hardwork and accomplishments.
