 The volunteers will go through two types of interviews to get selected. Interviews are required to know the volunteer better, whether they are capable to do the job, do they have the skills to complete the work on time, and how much creativity they have by which it can give benefit their working experiences as well as to the company.

The interviews will be:

  • GD (Group Discussion) – There will be two higher authorities from the company and the other volunteers will be there who have applied for the marketing volunteer position. A topic will be provided as well as a few minutes to think about. As soon as the time ends, the group discussion will start where each and everyone will share their point of view. The higher authorities will look at how the volunteers are managing the chaos and how well they are listening and letting others share their opinion.
