The answer: I am an undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. I have working experience in fast-food restaurants and an apparel store near my neighborhood. I worked for three months in the restaurant and two months in the apparel store. I worked part-time in both stores since I had to juggle my studies and family.

I am interested in sports like basketball and tennis. I played amateur level basketball in high school, and my hobbies are reading, listening to music, video games. 

Tell us about your past work experience in detail.

This question is likely to follow up with the previous question once you state that you have worked in previous companies before. Therefore, make sure to keep a letter of recommendation or any feedback letter you got from your last employee. In the apparel shop, I was on the sales floor, making sure the customers know everything about the product if asked ad helping them navigate alternatives to the unavailable products and help them get the product they want. Other duties involved:

Answer My greatest weakness is that I can quickly lose focus, but I have worked on that part for the longest in my professional career. And now, when I lose focus, I try to picture the result of a task that prevents me from getting distracted from my goal.

Excellent customer service is the service in which the customer’s doubts, queries, and problems can be solved without the opposite parties disagreeing or getting angry. Excellent customer service needs to be smooth, and the parties concerned should be knowledgeable about the product.

Answer The best customer service is when the consumer is not kept waiting for long intervals, is adequately helped when asked about specific products, and the store is always up to date on its tock and display, so it is easy to find products that the customer wants. In addition, the staff should be friendly and should be willing to help customers find what they want.

Why should I hire you?
