But the entry-level does not feel that way. They feel that according to the work pressure they are not paid well. As well as do not have the considerate benefits. The sales team of CBRE is very inconsistent, has high work pressure, and has a higher attrition rate, which makes joining the sales team of CBRE not worth it. The employees working in the finance, HR, Data, and IT departments of CBRE are very well settled in their jobs and tend to stay for a longer period.

Employees who worked with CBRE or are currently working with CBRE get international recognition concerning their experience working with the real estate giant. In conclusion, I believe that CBRE is a good company to work for considering the fact you want to join a bigger company to start your career without seeing the pay package. Also, a very good company for the managerial level as the majority of work pressure is diverted to entry-level employees plus pay and benefits are greater for managers. 

In my opinion, despite having some flaws regarding pay and pressure CBRE still could be considered a company to work for.
