How did Yum! Do brands come into existence?

Tricon Global Restaurants (former name for Yum! Brands) was made in 1997 from the fast-food division of PepsiCo. It was made the parent organization of Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut restaurants. In early 1998, Tricon Global chose Louisville as its headquarters. In 2000, Tricon Global along with Yorkshire Global Restaurants carried out trials for multi-branded locations. It was March 2002 when the multi-brand Tricon-Yorkshire consisted of-
