1. Informative

2. Look out for skills

3. Formatting

Answer- Thank you for this question. I understand that I am responsible for myself as well as the team. I would consider the importance and prioritize accordingly. However, on a general basis, I’d choose to go with teamwork and punctuality and sit back to finish the assignment. I’d naturally take the onus of my team’s absence and apologize for the same. If it is possible to send in a few members for the meeting and keep a few behind, I’d consider that too. However, being the head of the team, I’d stay back having informed the concerned. Yet again, prioritizing comes first along with the company’s values. I’d give those first preferences before I can make a decision. 

3. Pricing matters 

Question- Your team is in charge of pricing and is thinking of increasing the price of a product by throwing in a few features. On what basis would you and your team conclude? 

Answer- I think there are a lot of factors to look at before pricing a product. Secondly, being a team requires all the more communication to come down to the best price. Market value, expense, profit, and a lot more have to be taken into consideration. However, given that there will be added features, that counts for something. I don’t have a personal conclusion to make nor can I speak for myself. Yet, I think my team and I would focus on the added features and increase the price a tad bit based on that. There is no doubt that we’ll consider other elements too. Added features mean added expenditure on our part. In the least, if we can’t agree with a profitable price, we’d settle for one that can make up for the labor and resources. Additionally, we’d also pull out strategies to add efficiency to result in profits. 

4. Growth and reach 

Question- You need to increase the reach of the company. To do this you create a company profile across various social media. How will you promote vibrant engagement and reach?

Answer- There is no doubt about the potential of digital and social media. Moreover, being a sports brand, our target audience would include youth among others. Firstly, I’d choose the apps with caution and consultation. I’d first focus on apps that have a guaranteed response probability. Secondly, I’d maintain the professional status but at the same time involve novel and frequent strategies. Since we’re targeting youth, I’d look up to the trends of today and combine those with the role models of today. This would ensure promotion. At the same time, the profile has got to be engaging and interactive. It has to reach out on a level youth will connect. So I will shape the content accordingly. Next, we can focus on getting rid of any kind of misconceptions and faulty business. We can also balance formal and informal content. Lastly, I’d also consult with the superiors and move on to other platforms once these are stabilized. 

5. Campaigns and initiatives

Question- As you’re aware, our company looks forward to participating in collaborations to send in profits to organizations in need. We are thinking of collaborating with one of our partners to involve interns to design handmade cards. A few of these will be sold and profits sent to an organization. How do you think this will work out for our company?

Answer- I think it’s a great initiative to consider. There are cons but not more than the pros. Since the aim of the company is to reach out, this would accurately serve the purpose. Moreover, having interns work with professional experts and quality materials will be a massive learning field. It will add to the productivity of the initiative. Thinking of the company, the name is what will be seen through the hard work of others. So we have nothing to lose. It is creativity and with experts, nothing can be considered wrong. To add to this, the company’s power and guidance together with the imagination of the interns can work wonders for both sides. I believe it is a golden opportunity to reach out! Not to mention, the response will be great since it’s for a good cause as well as an internship. There are a lot of young minds out there waiting to be directed on the right path. Owners, experts, partners, interns as well as the organization will all be happy with the results.
