All employees from all the 50 U. S. states, including current, union, and retired employees are eligible for the Employee Discount program. This discount offered by UPS is for the usage of UPS employees only and cannot be availed by their family or friends. However, employees can use their discount to pay on behalf of their loved ones. 

However, retirees who don’t have access to UPSers.com, those in Puerto Rico and other U. S. territories, franchisee workers, third-party resellers, contingent workers, and UPS vendors are not eligible.

Employees at UPS can save more than $4,900 per year, on average, with this discount offer. This can include saving up to 50% on hotel rooms, cruises, and other vacation ideas, up to 40% on entertainment shows and movie tickets, along savings on home and car insurance policies.

Employee Discount Incentives

The incentives are to be used only for a single UPS account and not in combination with other such accounts. This is applicable for personal and household usage but is not meant to be transferred, resold, or shared with others. As an employee, they are liable for all the charges billed to it.
